Excellent apartment for a few nights in the mountains, parking space available, fully equipped kitchen with everything, Netflix for the rainy day was also much appreciated!

A cozy, modern apartment with an amazing view.

The apartment is very nice, modernly furnished, equipped with everything you need. The new, modern kitchen had everything, great appliances, coffee, tea, spices, just like at home.The owner is very kind, helpful and easy going. Always available Convenient handing over of the keys in a safe. Finding the apartment described in great detail with photos. The apartment is beautifully situated, amazing views of the highest mountains in Europe. We will definitely come back here. We sincerely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Crans-Montana, will come again!

We had a great stay at le Clavan. The appartment is clean and in excellent state. Bus station is closed to the location which is a big plus for getting around Crans Montana. Great communication with Jimmy

The location of the appartment within the building is not getting much sunlight. Lighting can be a bit brigther but that's my personal taste

Great apartment for an excellent ski vacation in Crans-Montana. Must do visit!

Jimmy is an excellent host and does everything needed to make the stay of his guests unforgettable. No matter what request you might have he will go the extra mile to fulfil it. He is reachable virtually 24/7. Really appreciated! The apartment is in reality more spacious than on the pictures, it offers great comfort and is equipped with virtually everything that you might need incl. spices and coffee capsules. Excellent wifi

There were some minor misunderstandings about the location of the parking place and access to the parking. However, they were instantaneously resolved and afterwards the stay was absolutely seamless. Swisscom coverage at the neighbourhood is not good so making a phone call is a challenge, yet nothing to do with the host and apartment.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist klein, schmutzig und hatte einen widerlichen Geruch. Meiner Frau wurde sofort übel, als wir hineinkamen. Das Schlimmste ist, dass unter dem Fenster eine große Baustelle und Lärm ist. Wir haben sofort bei Booking.com angerufen, um die Wohnung zu stornieren, aber ohne Erfolg. Auch über die App selbst konnte man nicht stornieren. Obwohl wir eine Versicherung abgeschlossen hatten, haben sie uns das komplette Geld für die Wohnung abgezogen. Booking hat uns lediglich einen Gutschein über 87 CHF gegeben. Da meine Frau ein Krebspatient ist, waren wir gezwungen, uns unverzüglich ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, wo sie ihre Ruhe hatte.
