This charming stone cottage is situated in the heart of Birchill, near Chardstock, in Devon and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Woodstock Retreat is a wonderfully modern cottage located in Birchill, near Chardstock, in Devon. Hosting one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, able to sleep up to two guests. There is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with decking and gravelled areas and furniture. Woodstock Retreat is a delightful base for a country break to Devon. Note: This property can only accept bookings with a minimum of 4 nights
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box, Smart TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car plus one extra vehicle by arrangement.. Enclosed garden with decking and gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Use of the owner's meadow for exercising dogs. One well-behaved dog welcome (a second dog will require a £20 charge). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles and pub 1.2 miles. Beach 8 miles.
