Beautiful little wooden house / bungalow very cozy, air conditioning, garden, free parking on the door, with all the services to spend an unforgettable relaxing time and to be able to rest without noise of any kind, located in the village 5 minutes from downtown next to the mountains and 10 minutes from the beach to enjoy bathing in our beautiful beaches and also good sunbathing.

Petit Chalet, récent, fonctionnel, déco tendance. A coté de la maison du propriétaire, mais Rosa et Justo sont discrets, et très sympathiques. L'avantage si vous avez besoin d'eux, c'est rapide pour avoir la solution à votre problème ou votre demande. L'accueil est chaleureux et le couple répond avec rapidité et efficacité. Le quartier est tranquille, les voisins sympathiques. Vous trouverez à moins de 10MN à pied un moyen market CONDIS Avec un rayon poisson Frais et Boucherie : top ! Une boulangerie PAFI, pharmacie et commerces principaux. Pour tout vous dire nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement à Vélo sur ROSAS. environ 10 MN pour la plage et le centre de Rosas. Facilité de longer la baie le long de la plage pour aller à Empuriabrava et ses marchés nocturnes.. La résidence n'est pas trop en hauteur, donc le retour est tout à fait réalisable avec un VTT. Plusieurs restaurants toujours à 10mn dont "Can Cervera" qui est très sympa et très bon. Voilà nous espérons que vous aurez envie de venir passer un séjour chez Rosa et Justo !
