This is Unit B of a 2-unit apartment building located at the very heart of Bryson City's downtown area. It has an enormous great room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and sleeper-sofa. The 2 units can be combined together when rented by the same party, and with advance notice, we will open up the adjoining room feature for you. Unit B has a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a coffee maker and microwave oven. You can prepare your own meals here, but why would you? Mountain Perks Coffee Shop, High Test Sandwich shop, the Everett Bistro, and Pasqualino's Italian restaurant are all just a short walk away. The living room has a comfy sleeper-sofa and high-def TV serviced by DirecTV with plenty of channels, including premiums. A full bathroom includes hotel amenities and plush towels. The beds are super comfy with all cotton linens and high-quality pillows. The verandah porch is shared with Unit A, and there is one assigned parking space for each unit just behind the building.

The damaged floor in kitchen area was cover with a rug, not sure if that is a structural flaw( the refrigerator was leaning backwards like it was propped up on something to compensate for the floor) The bathroom floor was also very uneven (if you placed anything roll it would roll across the floor unassisted). The coffee maker need to be replaced, I was glad I brought my own coffee maker. The decor was inviting and comfort. The area seemed very safe. If I am very back in Bryson I would seek out Vrbo through watershed properties. Thanks Lisa

Great location if you’re just wanting to be in Bryson City. Clean apt. If you want a good night sleep I would stay elsewhere. You can hear all the traffic til late, walls are paper thin and hear neighbors talking, using restroom and the full time apt live ins doing laundry at night. The parking is a fight with the locals parking in your spot. The floors have a severe slope and broken in few areas. If you sleep heavy and want to be in the city this is the place for you though. Management keeps in touch quite well too.

It was pretty good, but for the fact that the second night people moved into apartment a, and you could hear every word that they say. The walls are pretty thin!
