Jedyne zalety to w miarę przystępna cena i odległość od skibussa.
lokalizacja, blisko skibuss i całkiem przyjemna restauracja niedaleko
Cały obiekt wymaga remontu, garaż , część podziemna brudna, bałagan, obskurna. Brak narciarni , a jedynie zimna piwnica. Pokój w rzeczywistości nie jest tak przyjemny jak na zdjęciach. Pokoje i kuchnia to lata 70/80 nadające się do remontu. Jedynie łazienka jest nowa ale też nie bez zastrzeżeń ( np. wyrwane gniazdko ze ściany, brak zamknięcia łazienki, ślady pleśni ). Pobierana jest dodatkowo opłata za obsługę w obiekcie - nie mam jej. Nikt nie odśnieża, nie usuwa lodu, trudno poruszać się w zimę. Pobierana jest opłata za sprzątanie ale na koniec należy samemu posprzątać kuchnie , wynieść śmieci, umyć naczynia. Za ok. 30 EUR, które się płaci za sprzątanie od osoby obiekt mógłby wyposażyć chociaż pokój w worki na śmieci i kostki do zmywarki. Generalnie daleko do standardu w Austrii czy Polsce - oczywiście w obiektach w podobnej cenie.
