Situation géographique dans le village, l' accessibilité, la terrasse, la vue, le parking privé. Disponibilité et cordialité du contact pour intégrer et quitter le logement.
Impression de vetusté, battant gauche de la fenêtre de la terrasse non fonctionnel, à notre arrivée présence de déchets dans poubelle de la salle de bain entre autre du papier toilette souillé.

La ubicació
No m'agrada que em cobrin 35 euros per la neteja i l'apartament estigui ple de pols, trobar restes de pa sobre la taula i les cassoles brutes. La terrassa també estava molt bruta.
Quan vam arribar, la plaça d'aparcament inclosa en el preu, estava ocupada, la propietat no ens va resoldre el problema, així que ens vam haver espavilar sols.
Només hi ha una tauleta de nit. Li caldria una ma de pintura i eliminar algunes andromines que no serveixen per res i ocupen molt d'espai.
