Apartament bardzo przestronny, komfortowo urządzony, wygodny, estetycznie wykończony, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Posiada duży zadaszony taras od strony wschodniej, a także dostępny ładny teren rekreacyjny z kolejnym (wspólnym) tarasem, trawnikiem, trampoliną. Apartament mieści się na 1.piętrze [stanowiącym środkową kondygnację] solidnego budynku, który w czasie rekordowych upałów (to był ten weekend! Było 36 stopni) zapewnia przyjemny chłód - wystarczy zamknąć okna i zaciągnąć zasłony. Gospodyni i jej małżonek są bardzo mili i kontaktowi - wszak pochodzą z tego samego miasta co my :). Genialna lokalizacja apartamentu - tuż przy głównej promenadzie, blisko do morza, sklepów, gastronomii - a jednocześnie miejsce jest ciche i spokojne.

Duża przestrzeń i czystość. Obiekt w zacisznym miejscu, ale wszędzie blisko (morze, główny deptak). Piękny ogród z zielenią co dodatkowo pozwala się zrelaksować
