Castle Inn Apartments - Downtown Keflavík

Nice and cozy good location will be back

Absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t expect this, seeing the location from the outside.

Somewhat noisy street, but OK, it was Friday evening. Prices are simply too high, but that is valid for whole iceland, not specially for castle inn. There are simply too much tourists coming

Clean, spacious, very new and updated. Great location!

We liked everything-fabulous!

It was big enough for our family of four adults and a short drive from the blue lagoon. The beds were relatively comfortable and there was a good amount of space for seating and luggage. The owners were responsive and check in was simple. We cooked delicious meals in the kitchen and the refrigerator and freezer worked very well.

It was not very clean upon arrival, and the photos are definitely from a time before it was used regularly. There is a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom was pretty tricky because the shower is very small and the floor became super wet and slippery. The there are a few supply closets located near the apartment and one inside. Additionally, it isn’t very insulated, so you can hear the people above you at night. The kitchen worked well, but was a bit dirty, and the dishwasher was smelly at first and needed to run a cycle before using it. The ceilings are pretty low and there are a few steps down to the apartment.
