Nice place in a good location

Everything was fine.

Only thing was the time of checking in and out which was kind of awkward and misleading (the information given on booking)while dealing with the owner of the place.

My stay experience was not as pleasant as expected.

The house is located in a quiet place, it has a very nice clean entrance with flowers. The host quickly provided a white card.

On the first day, it turned out that the radiator was working normally in one room, but not in the bathroom, another room and in the hall. The hostess replied to my message that if I was not satisfied, I could move to another place, and she would return all the money. Since it was my first day in a foreign country and the spontaneous change of housing is also a certain problem, I decided that I could well tolerate the difficulties with heating, this was not critical. The next day I asked the hostess where the dryer was, she replied that she was at work and all questions should be directed to her assistant. Shortly after that, the apartment lost internet and I wrote to the assistant first of all about this, since I need good internet for work. The assistant never answered me until the end of my stay. When leaving, I still received an answer: he works and he has no time. This is the first time in my experience behavior of this sort. As a result, I was without the Internet and without a dryer. To the point, which is not up to the owner, I will note that the apartment has neighbors who can be noisy, and poor soundproofing, and if you work from home, you may experience some inconvenience. I booked this property due to its very high rating and it has its advantages. But unfortunately the accommodation is overrated.

Exceptional

Yes, it can seem a bit far from the city center but you will get: - Peaceful neighbourhood - Comfortable and well equipped apartment for 2-3 people, close to several bus lines connected with the city center, main Belgrade bus station and other parts of Belgrade - Two bedrooms, one with its own TV (the other TV is in the living room) - Nice terrace for morning coffee (or evening drink) - Banovo Brdo around the corner (one of the most beautiful, green and vibrant parts of the city, in my opinion) - just a few minutes away on foot. You can find literally anything in Pozeska street (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, parks...) - Lastly - wonderful host, easy to agree with, responsive and helpful. We will be back again for sure.

Good location, with access to both main streets Pozeska and Radnicka in few minutes only. Place is functional and nice furnished. The host is very kind. Everything was as agreed. All recommendations from our side.

Ужасно посрещане, някой човек - представител на собственичка, който не искаше да ни пуска вътре, докато не платим всичко напред за 2 нощувки. Ние сме от София, след дълг път, имахме левове и само Виза карти, добре че имахме нещо от евро в кеш, късмет! Възмутително поведение и отношение!
