Convenient location, easy check in, listing was accurate. Everyone slept comfortably and we enjoyed our time.

We had an amazing time in Wells with our family. The unit was great and its location close to the beach was ideal. Michael and Jennifer were very responsive hosts and always available to answer questions.

This condo is conveniently located with a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants within walking distance. We had a nice visit, and this was a comfortable place to stay. it is within a short drive or a walk to the beach. The condo was mostly clean and in good repair. The glass top range had not been cleaned recently. Burners had built-up dirt around the edges and the surface of one burner appeared to be badly damaged. The appliances all showed stains, and the dishwasher was not functional and was not anchored to the countertop. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Basic supplies were lacking, i.e. there was only a partial roll of toilet paper; a partial roll of paper towels; no tissues; dish towels, kitchen sponges, dishrags, extra kitchen trash bags, or kitchen stove top cleaner were provided. While we expect to purchase/replenish some supplies when renting a condo for a week, we had to purchase all of these the day we arrived. The washer/dryer worked well and were an incredible convenience that we have not had in many places we have rented. The heating system was efficient and worked well to provide heat, but it was noisy in some rooms. The living room was comfortable and the electric fireplace was cozy. There were no small tables or a coffee table on which to safely place drinks and other items. Overall, it was a convenient location and a comfortable place to stay. We would recommend it to others and rent again.

The stay was alright in retrospect, but we were pretty salty about the posting saying there is a hot tub when there hasn’t been one there in 5 years. Also the pool was supposed to be heated but that too didn’t work. Please amend the amenities section of this listing as I made my choice based on false info.
