About this house rental
Telgruc sea is a small village both country and seaside.
If you love the sea, the beach, water sports, calm, hiking, discovery of the Breton culture and cuisine then you'll like it.
House completely renovated in 2015.

Ground floor: living room with adjoining kitchen (fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave).
A room with bed 2 places with duvet, a closet.
Bathroom with shower and basin, separate WC.
Floor Description:
Large living room on the mezzanine with armchairs, satellite TV (foreign channels available), DVD bluray player.
A sofa bed provides additional sleeping.
A room with 2 beds 1, closet and wardrobe.
All beds are with duvet.
External Description:
Barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, garden flowers and trees of 500m2.
Private parking for 3 cars.
Garage with washing machine.
Miscellaneous:
Located on a hiking trail, you can reach the beach located 1km or town center 1 km without encountering cars. It's very nice with children.
On the beach water sports center allows for the introduction to sailing, wind surfing, sailing, climbing, etc ...
No smoking.
Friendly animals are accepted after consultation.
IMPORTANT: In the summer season we rent a whole week from Saturday to Saturday.
In the price the water and the wifi are included.
Electricity is included up to 70kw per week, additional kw will be charged at the standard price of 0.15 € KW.
