Owlers Cottage

Very comfortable spaces. Lovely bathroom spaces. Excellent kitchen facilities and equipment. Lovely courtyard outdoor space. Lots of lovely touches and thoughtful additions eg Organic cleaning products, cake and biscuits to welcome us. Far enough away from the beach to be quieter but close enough to easily walk to.

Beautiful holiday home close to Camber Sands beach, and just a short drive to Rye. We stayed for a birthday weekend, and it was perfect. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Rye/Camber Sands.

The cottage is well appointed and very clean. The welcome goods were very much appreciated and the information provided, was excellent.

The cottage is small and slightly cramped, certainly for four people (there were three of us, plus dog and this still felt the case). The furniture seems small (and we are not large people) - sofas, and beds. The double bed and single bed didn't seem to be regular sizes- seemed shorter and not as wide as usual. Linens were spotlessly clean but the duvet was extremely heavy (winter tog value when it was quite warm). It was also kingsize which made it too big for the small double bed and kept dragging off the end of the bed. I didn't sleep at all well unfortunately.
