About this house rental
The beautiful village of Frankenfelde is situated in the center of Berlin.
The house has 3 bedrooms, of which. The bathroom is new and barrier-free.
A central and fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator).
In the living room there is a functioning, antique tiled stove for cozy evenings. (Deposited firewood can be purchased on request at the price of € 100, - per room meter on site).
In front of the Wintergarden-like entrance, where you can sit comfortably even in bad weather with two to three persons, you will find a spacious terrace with a beautifully laid out front garden, rosebower and wine palette.
In the middle of the village center, opposite the medieval, beautifully restored village church lies our lovingly renovated holiday house in Frankenfelde. The house has a large, well-tended garden, access to the village, a barbecue and fire place, and a lot of parking. Our house is designed for 4 persons. My two teenage boys and I had a lovely time at this beautiful place. Our hosts were so friendly and really went the extra mile to make us feel at home and show us around. The village was stunning and fabulously quiet - we saw hummingbird moths, birds of prey and murmurations of starlings. As a base from which to explore Berlin some days and be able to return to rural tranquillity in the evenings, it was great, with good public transport links. I particularly loved just sitting outside to have my morning cup of coffee and drink in the surroundings.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Dirkschneider war eine ganz liebe Vermieterin und wir hatten eine gute Kommunikation zusammen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir können sie gern weiter empfehlen.

Man ist schon für sich alleine. Das Anwesen lädt zum erholen ein. Drumherum nicht viel los. Alles sehenswerte nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermiter.

Supernetter Vermieter!!, Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in alter Bausubstanz mit direktem Blick auf die alte Dorfkirche, riesen Garten, Landschaft ohne Ende, Tiere, Stille, frische Luft, Wasser / Badeseen, Wandern und Randfahren satt, Paddeln, nette Menschen, tolle Ausflugsziele in naher Umgebung (Schlösser, historische Stätten, Schiffshebewerk, ...) wir (Mama, Papa, 3 Kids) kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!
