About this apartment rental
This is a three bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bath condo w/ private pool in a secure, gated community. The "villa" includes a newly renovated kitchen, a newly tiled pool, pergola for shade and a screened-in porch with a dining table for six. Amenities include AC system, cable, internet, DVD player, new charcoal grill, microwave, coffee maker, Instant Pot, toaster, washer/dryer, towels, and linens. This villa is located on the beautiful Los Delfines Golf Course and offers scenic views of nature. It is also located close to Tambor Airport and Budget Rental Car. The beach is a five minute walk from the property. Guests will have access to the golf course, tennis courts, supermarket, and the newly renovated Rancho Los Delfines Beach Bar and Pizzería right on the beach. Hiking is close by at the Curu Nature Reserve. Nearby tours include a short boat trip to Tortuga Island or a bioluminescence tour of Tambor Bay . In Tambor one can visit the Tambor Bay Turtle Hatchery. Owner speaks both English and Spanish.

This is a wonderful property to stay at, the beach is an easy walk and the beach restaurant is very good. Lots to see in this area of Costa Rica, all within an easy drive. The private pool is fantastic the local wildlife is exciting to see. Would stay here again, thanks George

This house worked very well for me and my grown children the first two weeks. Nothing fancy, more cottage like, but had everything we needed. The macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas and golfers amused and entertained us constantly. We spent more time in the outdoor space than inside which is what it’s about for a snowbird! We were out and about as well to Malpais and Montezuma for adventures.
Although, as a quiet and private person generally the only downside for me was very close neighbours, low bushes for separation lacked the privacy, lively music being played, high-spirited Spanish conversation and kids screaming in the pools made for a less than peaceful space. The beach 5 minutes away was the place to find that, no one on it, found a chair under a palm tree and a good book and was in heaven.
The Rancho on karaoke nights was my favorite place to be when you crave some action, where you can socialize with like-minded people and I met some amazing friends for life! Overall, an awesome experience at Los Delfines, Tambor, Costa Rica. Pura vida!

We had a lovely stay in Los Delphines community and this lovely home. The gated subdivision made us feel secure, the wildlife experience made a walk to the beach seem like a zoo adventure, you never knew what wildlife you will encounter and the gardens and the smells of flowering shrubs makes a walk in this subdivision something special. The hosts were great, the kitchen was well equipped and it even had Sharpe knifes and the beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The private pool backing on to the golf course was a nice way to cool off during the day. Thank you for a nice stay.
