Great location - close to area attractions. Loved that there were two king beds and two bathrooms. That’s hard to find when traveling with another couple. Outdoor balcony was nice as well.
Quite a few stairs going down to the condo. This was fine for us but be aware if you are considering this rental if you have issues with stairs.

Grant had everything you’d need and could wish for in a condo! We’ve been staying in Branson for 10 plus years and this is the best condo we’ve stayed at.
We wish there were an adult only pool as we tried twice to attend but the small pool was covered in families and kids.

I love how this vacation home is always available when I need it. I love that this home is equipped with basic essentials that most folks wouldn't ever think of supplying guests. This is and always will be my home away from home.
I didn't like the loud neighbors across my head that were walking ever so loudly.

location was great
There was construction going on next door the entire trip, constant hammering and banging. The carpets were not clean at all, dishes were in the dish washer upon arrival. The “private” parking spot was constantly parked in by someone else. The master bathroom sink area has an odd smell like old wet laundry.
