About this villa rental
Dilpasan is an 80 year old house architecturally designed for space and comfort, beautifully landscaped and situated in the middle of a 5-acre coconut estate, bordering the Maduganga in the Galle district.
Now it is fully modernized retaining the old world charm ideal for the discerning holiday makers and for family outings.
The bungalow consists of long corridors giving through ventilation and sunlight, a large living and dining room with boarded floors, four fully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms with attached spacious toilets.
Two bedrooms are interconnected and have a large private garden with an outdoor shower and other facilities such as private dining and BBQ facilities.
This home has a well-equipped pantry and a lounge to have an informal meal. It also has a separate firewood kitchen for the preparation of meals.
All four bedrooms consist of titanium cement floors and are fully-furnished with comfortable double beds with soft linen, soap and towel and hot water on shower.
One bedroom has an extra bed. Two bed rooms are interconnected and are also connected to a private garden. This has an outdoor shower, plug point and other facilities for a private sit out.
Additionally, a safety locker facility is also available. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The large living room has a 32 inch cable TV, CD player and a home theater system. There is also a separate air-conditioned TV lounge and CD player with a private bar facility.
Dilpasan has Wi-Fi compatibility and facilities for indoor sports.
There is large garden space to play cricket, badminton, football and a circular cycling track.
It also provides a washing machine and iron for the guest use. Comfortable separate accommodation for drivers is also available.
All meals cooked by our cook will be provided on request. But guests are encouraged to bring their uncooked food items which will be cooked to your specifications. Availability of home grown seasonal vegetables, fresh fish from the nearby sea fish market and supermarket goods 10 minutes away will help to plan your meals.
You could also enjoy BBQ dinners in the garden.
