About this house rental
Located on one of the highest points in Duck. Enjoy fabulous views of the Ocean, Sound and surrounding area from our large wrap around deck. Beach access to the Ocean or Sound is just a quick stroll away! Approximately 350 yards to the Ocean, the access path is at the end of our street...and you do not have to cross the busy beach highway.
Relax in the comfortable Great Room decorated with knotty pine tongue groove paneling. The 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans & laminate floors. House is equipped with password protected Wi-Fi !
There is a well-equipped kitchen or cook up your 'catch of the day' on the gas grill. Don't feel like cooking? Duck is just minutes away with lots of great restaurants and shopping. A wonderful walking/bike path connects Duck and Corolla. Bring your own bike!
Complete your day by enjoying a beautiful Outer Banks sunset from the upper deck or wrap around porch.
The master bedroom will has a King bed. The other 2 rooms both have Queen size beds. The blue bedroom has an additional single top bunk.
In high season, we are a Sunday to Sunday rental.

The ideal home for a small family! It has a large kitchen, living room area and outside deck space. Easy walk to the beach, and when Hurricane Erin prevented us from swimming in the ocean, we walked over to the sound and rented jet-skis! The rooftop deck allows views of sunrises and sunsets! We had a relaxing week.

This home was in a great location, quiet street. The home was very spacious. Lots of hang out space in the loving room, bedrooms great size. Kitchen too. Beds were not the best but managed. The comforter on the master bed was very worn out, should be replaced.
Its 100% our fault for not reading more into it, but no linens provided, that was a bummer once we arrived.
The crows nest was beautiful, the stairs up. There are many lose rails up top. So not really kid friendly. Another bummer was no doors on the half screened porch, no way to keep the kids in and safe from stairs while hanging out outside.
The home wasnt cleaned very well. There was SO much sand around and under the couchs and ottoman. Black hair left in the bathtub.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay. I just didnt think it was very kid friendly nor cleaned the best. Wonderful size home though and Wonderful location. Beautiful decor.
