Stay here while you remodel or want to still enjoy the beach and the reopening of your favorite Fort Myer's Beach restaurants. This is a no-smoking condo (no smoking indoors or on the condo lanai). No kids. No pets. Elevator is working. Pool anticipated to be complete by year end 2025. 30-day rentals required.
