All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Lovely house in the woods, great location close to Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth. We loved the game room and especially the fabulous collection of 90s era CDs! Absolutely planning to book again.

We loved our stay at this property. Private and rustic enough to feel like a cabin in the woods, but stocked with modern appliances and plenty of kitchen equipment. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the multiple places to gather and hang out, and the balconies fir breathing the cool fresh mountain air.

Nice place to stay with hot tub but since no air conditioning the upper two levels of house was just too (hot) uncomfortable to sleep in during our July stay.
