Our check-in was on a Thursday and check out on a Tuesday. We were given 2 towels, not enough. The AC was not able to be adjusted, it never went below 22 Celsius (71.6 F). It was noted in the check-in instruction that there were cameras in the common area, not sure what that means because one of the beds was located in the living/kitchen. I was was built to close one one bed in a separate area, if the door was not kept open it was hot in there, mind you we were there in April and it even that hot out yet. There is a door that I believe goes in to another Vrbo it is located in the room with the bed. The noise from the other room was awful at least 2 of the nights. At 1 am ish the “neighbors” came in loudly enough to wake us and we had to beat on the door to get them to be quiet. I could even hear the TV turn in there room. I contact the host, they said the monitoring equipment did not show that. I would not stay in that room again. The pool area was not kept up, or clean. The tiki bar was awesome and so was their food.
