About this cottage rental

Enjoy some peace and quiet in this sweet, 2 bedroom cottage just off the North Shore of Lake Superior. The perfect place to take a little time to recharge in the North Woods, cozy up in front of the beautiful cobblestone fireplace, and enjoy some time on the large deck outside among the towering Spruce trees.

Nicely appointed with clean towels and linens, lovely eco-friendly soaps and little touches that let you know we want to make your visit a special one.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hawk. The cabin was clean and cozy. Having the fireplace ready to be lit after a long drive was much appreciated. Carl was very responsive when we reached out and it’s clear they truly care about their cabins. If you’re looking for a cozy and quiet spot on the North Shore, North Country Cottages is exactly that!
