Apartment of 62 m² on the 2nd and last floor of a totally renovated Soulacaise, located in the heart of the resort, in the lively pedestrian street of downtown Soulac, 100 m from the beach.
Market, fish halls and halls, restaurants, tea rooms, pancakes and waffles .... and even hairdresser and cinema, .... in summary, you will find all the shops within 300 meters.
All you have to do is park the car and put the suitcases in the dressing rooms and enjoy!
You will appreciate this apartment for its comfort, its terrace with side sea view, its brightness and its very complete and new equipment. (Plancha, Bose station, TV, ...)

Possibility to provide a travel cot, high chair and children's toys (delivered, toys and beach toys) available.

We really enjoyed the stay. Only parking is a challenge and needs patience and serveral tries… but keep cool, in the end you‘re one holiday in a really relaxing spot!

Upside: Highly maintained, main street but not much noise. Immediate access to a compact quirky town. Beach, bike rental, restaurants, shoping all spot on! I have limited mobility but the stairs to the apartment are not steep so this wasnt a problem. Owner & management were great. Downside: one big towel each is not acceptable, on requst an exception was made & we got 2 each...gee thanks! One tea towel is not enough either. Neither issue are the end of the world though, we had a fab stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Viele kleine Details, zum Bespiel gut funktionierende Küchengeräte und Ähnliches heben diese Wohnung weit über vergleichbare Objekte hinaus, Empfang und Checkout waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Soulac car l’appartement loué est extrêmement confortable, douillet, très bien équipé, et aussi joliment décoré, de plus l’emplacement est idéal : au centre de Soulac et à 2 pas de la mer ! Les propriétaires sont charmants, très à l’écoute, et la communication a été d’une fluidité remarquable. Le nec plus ultra, nous recommandons vivement cette location !
