After reading the former review we were concerned and contacted Mr Ruben. He made sure everything would be okay. He bought a new air-conditioning for the master bedroom. Mr Ruben likes to make sure everything is okay and does whatever he can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. BIG plus for us Europeans is the very nice hot shower. In Brazil a cold shower is the standard, but we love our hot shower. Very nice to have this comfort we are used. Comfy bed as well.
I can emagine the early check out can be an issue. I saw that other apartments were cleaned very early in the morning as well. For this reason you have to get out early. We just booked an extra night so we could leave in the afternoon. Furniture could use an update.

Gente preste bateste atenção no meu comentário , a localização é ótima Porém o apartamento não supri Os móveis velhos Não tem intensilhos Não tem uma faca para corta uma carne a não ser de serra Copos 4 und Os móveis caindo o reboco Sinceramente eu não indico para ninguém Sem fala eu passei 6 dias e só existia 3 lençol para 4 cama não existe isso gente O ar onde dormi pigando com meu filho de 2 anos Horrível
