About this chalet rental
At the gates of Niort and the Marais Poitevin, our cottage, labeled 2 ears at Gîte de France and 2 stars in the prefecture, has been open since July 2013. It is perched on a hill and welcomes you all year round for short and medium stays.
You will have the feeling of living away from everything. The sounds of the leaves and the Sèvre niortaise will be your company, during the beautiful evenings, sitting on the suspended terrace of the chalet which dominates the workspace of our breeding of Shetland ponies.
With all the comfort, our cottage is furnished with a living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room and 1 WC. It is ideal for holidays or a family weekend. Young and old will enjoy our playground.

accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires séjour calme et reposant dans un cadre où rien ne manque, documentations, jeux pour enfants petites attentions, bref chalet à recommander

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en juillet 2021. Nous avons découvert avec plaisir une région bien sympa et loin de la foule. Niort nous a également réservé de belles surprises culturelles. Les enfants entre 3 et 7 ans)ont particulièrement apprécié l aire de jeu qui jouxte le chalet, la propriétaire a été charmante et de bon conseil.

Nous avons passé réellement une très belle semaine de vacances dans ce lieu avec nos enfants, entre les activités canoë proposé par les propriétaires les balade à vélo ainsi que la pêche un lieu juste magique dans lequel nous sommes apaiser, nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires car ils sont vraiment au top, très bon accueil je recommande ce lieu
