The property with Hof- u. Garden, surrounded by an old, high stone wall with a Baroque gate, located in a peaceful village with a typically Italian atmosphere, with no through traffic, surrounded by olive groves,
150 meters above the lake, with diverse views to sea, Punta San Vigilio, Sirmione and Monte Baldo.
They inhabit the house on three different levels.
The house has a spacious living room area (32qm) (with open fireplace, TV (all major German programs), Wi-Fi connection (10GB per week free), with gallery (12 sqm) (equipped with two beds) and different, z. T. covered terraces, one bedroom (24 sqm) with double bed and another single bed, a modern kitchen (9 sqm) and a bathroom (6 sqm). On the living room and kitchen level is from 2020 another toilet.
Integrated into the house covered terrace (15 square meters) combines living room, bathroom and bedroom via a staircase together.
The atrium-like courtyard, garden and terraces are pleasantly landscaped with Mediterranean plants and are barely visible. The property can be used undivided. In the service room there are washing machine, fitness bike, additional refrigerator, 2 Lügestühle, modern remote gas central heating.
Haus u. Garden provide an ideal space to relax on the one hand and on the other hand a paradise for children in an idyllic setting.
