This lovely villa comprises 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a large sun roof terrace with gorgeous lake views. The property has full air conditioning, The Air conditioning is not included in the price . AC is with a voucher system (10€) . English satellite TV including sky sports & WI-FI & will sleep 6/{7 if travel cot is used}.. A short 5 minute walk from the property are numerous bars, {most with free WI-FI} restaurants, banks, supermarket & various other places to buy all that you need. The villa is situated on the prestigious 'el raso' urbanisation, just a short 5 minute drive from numerous 'blue flag' award winning beaches & has great views over the famous salt lakes. The villa has a garden with lemon & orange trees & its own private pool as well as use of a larger, exclusive communal pool just 50 yards away. This villa is ideal for families, couples & oaps, Disabled welcome, as are dogs, Whether you want quiet chilled out family bbq's by the pool, nights out on the town or a meal & a few drinks at the local bars or the local gorgeous restaurants , you can do it all from casa de george, THE CHOICE IS YOURS!! The villa is set in a lovely urbanisation which is well served by shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a pharmacy, vets and tobacco shop here. All are just 10 mins walk from the villa or two mins drive away. There is also a small enclosed dog walking area where you can let your pooches off the lead for a good run nearby. The villa was just as we expected and we enjoyed a fantastic month there. Any queries were quickly addressed by calling Andy who replied immediately. The surrounding area is full of orange and lemon groves and there are plenty of walks around the lanes and lake.
We came in the winter and enjoyed everything. We would love to come again but next time in the summer when we can enjoy the private pool and solarium.

Enjoyed 10 night rental of Casa George hired a car which I was glad about enabled us to get a little further afield. Communication with the owner was spot on everything was as described apart from no welcome pack but not a problem as arrived lunchtime and able to go to the supermarket for a big shop. Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing holiday local bars were just over a 10 minute stroll where food was excellent especially at Med bar and El bar thanks Andy Rolfe.

Nice location places to eat and drink within walking distance Sunday market 5 minutes walk. Property well laid out with a bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for people who can’t get up the stairs

This property is nice inside and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a saviour as my dad has mobility issues but it is quite a while since it had a view as there have been many apartments built behind. We enjoyed the restaurants in walking distance if you are fit 5 mins drive if you are not ablet to walk. The outside space is nice but apart from 4 new sunbeds all the garden furniture is knackered with 2 chairs having 1 leg shorter than the other and the other 2 having torn seats, contacted the owner he didn’t give a monkeys About 60 sparrows come to roost every evening which is lovely apart from they poop all over the patio and garden furniture I have never spent so much time sweeping up on holiday all this villa needs is some love and attention
