I won’t stay there again

The location was close to my work

It smelled bad. I was there 9 days and my room wasn’t cleaned once. There is no one in the office from 7p to 11a so I couldn’t really complain cuz I was gone during those hours. I still haven’t received my $50 deposit.

I never got to stay at the property!!!

I booked this place for a stay and as my family and I were heading to the hotel they call me and say that they are OVERBOOKED due to the OSU game and have to CANCEL my reservation! I asked would I need to do anything about the cancellation & was told NO. This was very inconvenient because I had to now find a new hotel. A week later I was CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, even though I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL. I’ve tried to get my refund back, I even drove by but the office was closed for some sudden emergency. There were people breaking into windows due to no office person & being locked out of their rooms, the MANAGER RUBEN is very RUDE and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Worst experience EVER, wouldn’t recommend!

IT IS NICE BUT IT COULD BE BETTER IF THE TOP MANAGEMENT CONSIDER THE ABOVE COMMENTS.

The problem of unavailability of checking in or out on Sundays and the service desk hours till 7 pm is very odd and it should extend till midnight at least to give the guest more flexibility for the check in and check out and for any service need and assistance manager is required to help and fill in the service handling in case of sudden absence to the main manager .

Room was okay. Customer Service Terrible. Facility Run Down.

No safety concerns. No excessive noise issues. No issues with plumbing or hvac. Night maintenance man was very accommodating & helpful. The bed was very comfortable!

Common area floors plastered with stains, laundry room dirty & untouched. "Short Staffed" so while paying over $900 for 2 weeks, I had to clean my own room, change my trash, provide my own trash bags, pay to wash initial towels, provide own toilet paper after initial roll. Front desk was suppose to work 11am - 7pm but consistently locked interior & exterior doors at 5pm. Hard to do business if only available when ppl are working. When I knocked on the door, I was greeted with "what do you need". When I told her I needed to verify my account, she said "the doors are unlocked. Don't know why it didn't open". The door was locked. In addition ppl, including myself, were constantly asking them to rescan the key cards. If customer service had been more professional, I would've rated much higher. Having to clean & supply my own toilet paper is manageable. Poor service is not.

horrible experience with computers and staff

The room was ok for my time there for work and rest.

I was bothered numerous times after I made my payment each week I was there. As if I was the one with lying. I had to show my receipt at the door each day to the manager or the late night security to enter my room. I rushed to the hospital due to the anxiety of being bothered by this every day. Tired, cold also wet from the raining and unable to get in my room to rest made me sick. I'm from Atlanta GA, this area was unfamiliar to me I had to uber from the hospital back to my room and didn't have my key because I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with just my cellphone, a jacket and bedroom shoes. Then I come back and told by security my room is vacant no one is listed in my room. My receipts was in my room can we go get it from the room I'm tired.

The hotel accepted my application and a confirmation of check in on sunday knowing they do not work on sunday. So i went there with my family and luggage from the airport and wasnt admitted. I picked a phone number from the hotel to call only to be told its not open on sunday. I had a baby with me and we have to wait for hours before we could check into another hotel. It was very bad experience but I do mot intend to take any legal charges against the hotel

The satellite tv and wifi..

The cleanliness was horrible and I had to clean the room for 3 hours bc I have my baby. For the amount they want weekly it should be clean n it wasnt and it's very very small and uncomfortable..not a good stay at all!! I expect a refund too!!
