Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Toller großer Balkon.
Der Küchengeruch von der Pizzeria im Hausflur unten ist nicht so angenehm. Und mir persönlich war das Bett zu weich aber das ist ja Ansichtssache.

Sehr gemütliche, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer erstklassigen Ausstattung. Der Zirbenduft war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Eine Bäckerei ist direkt ums Eck. Die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der Tiefgarage war gerade im Winter hervorragend. Die Anbieter waren stets freundlich und haben sehr flexibel auf Anpassungswünsche reagiert.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, wo der Verkehrslärm nicht unerheblich ist.
