About this house rental
An apartment on the first floor of a 19th century art nouveau residence with frescoed ceilings, immersed in the greenery of a private park.
Four balconies overlooking the hills and the castle. A large internal marble staircase leads to the apartment which is composed of a large entrance, two bedrooms, a living / dining room with two armchair beds and a completely renovated bright bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker top, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, dishwasher and everything you need to eat at home if you don't want to go out.
A part of the garden with oak and palm trees to rest in a quiet corner is completely dedicated to guests with table, umbrella, chairs and deck chairs. Two covered parking spaces in the private park complete the spaces that are available to feel at home.
The house is in a strategic point to visit the subterranean cathedrals of Canelli a few hundred meters away and, in the space of thirty kilometers of roads immersed in the vineyards, the hills "world heritage of humanity" between Monferrato and Langhe towards Neive , Barbaresco, Barolo, Nizza Monferrato by car or bicycle (rental of bicycles with assisted pedaling are available in Canelli). Riding schools allow you to go horse riding along the vineyards.
The towns of Alba, Asti, Acqui Terme are within a radius of 22/35 kilometers easily reachable by car with panoramic routes. Turin and Genoa with their immense treasures allow day trips organized by car or partially by train (via Asti and Acqui Terme) returning in the evening to the calm of the garden.
Much more is available in the area that unites a territory with rural landscapes where the hills and the vine are at the center of life for millennia and small architectural jewels from the Romanesque era onwards that are to be discovered. An area where the kitchen and wine are among the most appreciated in the world. It is with pleasure that I will suggest you some of the many pearls appreciated by us who live there.

Super convenient location! Marisa was very sweet and so helpful. Historic home with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to town square with great restaurants and cafes.

prima appartement, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse.
Jammer dat in de gegevens niet is vermeld, dat er achter het huis een fabriek ligt!! Je kijkt er tegen aan en je hoort de hele tijd geluid en in de nacht lawaai.

Het huis (de volledige eerste verdieping) is voornaam en met zorg ingericht. Mooie oude meubels, maar ook smaakvol vernieuwde elementen (moderne badkamer) en topkwaliteit bedtextiel en handdoeken. Marisa is een attente gastvrouw, die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen, maar ook gepaste afstand weet te houden. De omgeving om het huis is vrij industrieel (wijnmakerij), maar daar heb je totaal geen last van. Enige minpunt is dat de badkamer alleen via de tweede slaapkamer bereikbaar is. Een aanrader!
