津沙聚落中心點的閩東式古宅，房間古色古香，離沙灘非常近。背包客四人房的床鋪是木工釘的木板床架，非常穩固完全不會搖晃發出聲音。有大交誼廳、烹飪區、冰箱烤箱飲水機都有、用餐區、洗衣設備、晒衣場，淋浴間也有很多間，基本上該有的設備都有了。
淋浴區在另一棟房子，須穿過小巷，稍微不便，如果遇到下雨可能洗好又髒了。另外沒有提供拖鞋，所以要自備方便穿脫、抗濕的鞋子方便穿去洗澡。古宅內部就是古早的木頭隔間，牆面只是用來隔絕視線，上方都是相通的，所以隔音很不佳，要有心理準備(但還好我住的那天，大家都很有公德心，休息時間都沒有發出什麼聲響)

ビーチに近く、ビーチでは藍眼淚を見ることが出来た。
昼間は集落に来る観光客が多いが、夜には静かになるので、静かな環境を好む人には良いところ。
集落には商店がなく、夕食が食べられる店は数軒あるが最低金額が決まっていたりするので、安く済ませたい人は買ってくるなりしたほうがいい。
バスはあるが、本数がかなり少ないし、港からだと乗り換えが必要。事前によく調べておかないといけない。

Cheap price and comfortable accommodation for backpackers.
A bit far away from down town.But if you have scooter this is not a big problem.
