Owner fixed the water heater during our stay

Apartment was great! Clean and spacious. Neighborhood was easy to grab coffee, drinks, and sundries. Property manager was super helpful with recommendations too!
On the fourth floor, without elevator, and no hallway lights. Best to arrive during daylight hours and without cumbersome luggage.

This is an amazing place, with great views, fully equipped and close to the centre. Clean and modern but with an old Italian charm. A real home away from home. We felt like we lived in Italy and didn’t want to go home.
The only negative is the amount of stairs. It’s a beautiful old building so no lift. 106 stairs from the base to the apartment. However, given the amount of pizza we’d eaten we didn’t mind the exercise. Not for the infirm or if you struggle with any breathing issues. We took it slowly and it was fine.

Nice little property, with great views. Location was good for getting around the coast. (Two marinas close by) furthest away one has more frequent crossings. Few nice places to eat and drink close by. And also further afield if you like walking.
Stairs. It was a bit of a pain. And we are young and fit(ish) but we knew this so can’t complain.
