Beautiful holiday home with terrace

The house was pretty, very clean and comfortable. Good quality couch and chairs. Kitchen fully equipped, and also own dryer and washingmachine at your disposal. The atmosphere at the park was very quite, good for people looking for a place to relax. The surroundings are nice, beach is 10-15 min. with bike, there is a very cheap great bike rental in town.

Carefull with amount of people! 6 adults + two baby's of 4 months were not allowed. Family trip staying all together at one place was ruined... It doesn´t state clearly in the search or in the description, but this place is not like renting any other villa/bungalow. It has lots of norms that you are required to follow and we had lots of trouble with our stay because it is the first place ever that I've known that doesn´t welcome baby's as extra. The house had six sleeping places(beds) but even if a new born doesn't use it it count's as they do.. we were six adults and two baby's, they didn't accept this and tried to make us spend another 450euro to rent another place. I wasted two hours on the phone and e-maling trying to get this sorted. All my prvious reviews of other places are positive, this is the first time I really spended lots of money on a place and felt necessary to write a negative review for people to have in mind before booking here. You can't contact owner imediately, you have to contact a big agency ¨bellvilla¨, they were very rude on the phone and weren't able to explain anything so I ended wasting the time of an employee from booking to mediate. (who were very nice, thank you booking costumer service!) Also Bellvilla wouldn't stop trying to make contact with me before our stay, I had sorted it out renting another place but they weren't satisfied, or they didn't trust us or they were just trying to make some money out of the situation End of the story, I felt stalked by bellvilla + unwelcome at this property + I had spended extra money to rent another place while one of the rooms in this villa with two beds stayed completely unocuppied. incredible... I rented a room in prins appartments also in egmond. Very nice place, lovely stay, very helpful, much better price/quality and also better location.
