Upon checking in, I informed the management that I will be ny myself though booking was originally for 2 guests, and they said no problem. I understood the rate will be lowered to 1 guest. I stayed by myself as my wife and daughter could not be with me in a small room. I booked them serape hotels for the two nights. i was surprised therefore that upon check out I was informed that The charges for room could not be adjusted to I guest occupancy, citing agreement with the booking company !1 which I found to be not adequate or logical, but I paid the rent for two persons for two nights, feeling the management was not transparent. I should have been informed clearly upon check in if such a policy existed.
