La posizione strategica consente di abbandonare l'uso dell'autovettura, potendo agevolmente raggiungere a piedi le principali attività, quali la spiaggia, i ristoranti e i negozi di generi alimentari.
L'elevata esposizione dell'abitazione comporta un aumento significativo della temperatura interna; si raccomanda l'installazione di un ventilatore e l'utilizzo di un forno a microonde, soluzione che contribuirebbe a mitigare l'innalzamento termico senza l'impiego del forno tradizionale.

Das Haus hat eine wirklich wunderbare Lage, einen sehr schönen Garten mit große Terrasse und liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil von Elba. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe vollkommen unkompliziert und man hat einfach seine Ruhe.
Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küche, aber auch das Bad könnte mal wieder eine Auffrischung bekommen, ebenfalls die Couch im Wohnzimmer.

Location is fantastic with access to three beaches and close to the village.
Spacious house and great outdoors
The house is very hot with no air conditioning or fans.
We had to buy fans to survive the heat.
Poor attention to details, like wobbly toilet seat and broken toilet brush or no wine glasses.
