we were resting with children. There was a stunning view from the window, its own terrace, And it was cozy in the apartments. Convenient location. The hostess is friendly.

Absolutely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The place had everything we needed - kitchen supplies perfect for preparing simple meals (even more than the usual vacation home, in our view), cleaning products and first and foremost two (!) balconies with cushions for the lounging chairs. The best was of course the access to the lake - we brought our SUP and went SUPing right from the aparment. We loved the view, especially with the sunset, over the lake and the town. The host was very friendly, easy to contact and helped us out where we needed it. The place is easily reachable by foot or bike from the station. Great value for money also!

Very tall people cannot stand up in the shower, but that did not bother us that much.

It is right on a lovely lake looking over to the old town. The views through the day were beautiful and the water lovely to swim in.

The kitchen area was a little small and tricky to use but we got by.

Die Lage am Stadtsee ist einzigartig

Hingegen unserem schriftlichen Vertrag mit Booking.com, durften wir nach einem wenig freundlichem Telefonat mit der Gastgeberin,die Unterkunft erst ab 16.30 Uhr beziehen. Im Vertrag war 14.00 Uhr angegeben. Nach Aussage der Vermiterin haben sich angeblich die Richtlinien geändert, was aber nirgends nach zu lesen ist, oder im Buchungstext geändert wurde. Auch eine Miteilung hierüber haben wir nicht erhalten. Das hat uns schon sehr geärgert. Bei dem Telefonat wollten wir lediglich nachfragen, ob wir unseren PKW evtl. schon Früher bei dem Objekt abstellen könnten, mehr nicht. Wir wollten dann mit unseren Fahrrädern weiterfahren und die Gegend erkunden. Meine Frau konnte gar nicht ausreden und ihre Frage formulieren, stattdessen wurde ihr über den Mund gefahren und mitgeteilt, wir können erst frühestens ab 16.30 Uhr kommen.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub so schön gelegen. Gemütlich und erholsam.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft! Direkt am See und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. In Kürze beim Schwimmbad und im wildpark. Das Appartement ist gemütlich. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Zug war für uns kein bisschen laut oder störend. Und klar: die Wohnung ist durch die Schrägen vielleicht eher für kleine Leute. Aber das macht es ja auch gemütlich. Und mein Mann mit knapp 1,90 m hat auch einen Weg gefunden, gut zurecht zu kommen :-) Wir fanden es z.B eher angenehm, dass die Gastgeberin selten da und eher zurückhaltend war. Das nötigste, den Schlüssel haben wir bei einem sehr freundlichen Empfang übergeben bekommen. Und danach hatten wir herrliche Ruhe. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, wenn der Gastgeber neben an wohnt.

Einzig das Geschirr haben wir auch nochmal gespült vor Benutzung. Fettreste von Vorgängern und Kalk im Topf. Es ist aber alles da um gut abzuwaschen. Hochwertiges Spülmittel, Bürste, schwamm, Scheuermilch, schnell heißes Wasser. Insofern war dies schnell erledigt.

Wunderschöne Aussicht muss hier für Einiges entschädigen

Die tolle Lage mit fantastischem Blick vom Balkon über den Möllner Stadtsee.

Ziemlich schmuddelig (Haare, Staub und Spinnenweben in jeder Ecke, vergilbte Fliesen und schimmelige Fugen in der Dusche, komplett verkeimte Schneidebrettchen in der Küche, Flecken auf der Couch und an den Tapeten), eher unkomfortabel (winziges Bad, Dachschrägen, Türen von Balkon und Dusche lassen sich nicht richtig öffnen, kaum Steckdosen und wenn nur an unpraktischen Stellen) sehr hellhörig (lärmende und trampelnde Kinder ab 7:00 morgens, Bahnlinie fährt direkt am Haus vorbei, bei Zugdurchfahrt vibriert das ganze Bett), wenig Privatsphäre ( kein separates Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer + Küche = alles ein Raum, unterer Balkon wird mit den Vermietern geteilt).
