Amazing house, cosy and beautifully decorated in wonderful grounds. Great location with Bath just on the doorstep. Lots of space, with multiple spacious rooms to choose from. Great for hosting an event with a big dining table and kitchen well stocked. Also lots of thoughtful touches with table tennis and other games for kids to play.
would definitely recommend. Just a stunning location and house.
Some guests mentioned the mattresses were a bit soft for their liking - but everyone has a personal preference. Wouldn't stop me from booking and staying again

We had a great stay at Berkeley House for my sisters hen do. Jacqui was really helpful before our stay in answering all my questions about the house. The house was well equipped for 14 people, plenty of glasses etc. Jacqui had also provided a fan in every room which was much appreciated on a very hot weekend.
Location is great for getting in to Bath.

We rented the two properties together for a family event and it worked amazingly well! We even managed to fit in a wee trip to the local pub at the bottom of the garden...excellent standard and value for money. Kitchen was most well equipped we've ever had in such a property, and we were doing all our own cooking.
Wanted to be based somewhere for 4 nights which felt like home from home - and this met expectations. Plenty space for 24 people to spread out both in and out the big house. Thank you, Jackie!
Preparing for a wedding with lots of us getting ready and only 2 public bathrooms (plus one en-suite and a downstairs loo) became a little more challenging when we had to stop using one of the showers due to a leak. However, we could still use the over-bath shower in that bathroom. It didn't in any way spoil our enjoyment - and we got to the wedding on time!
