Luxury Big House Berkeley House near Bath

Gorgeous house in a super location. It was so beautiful and well appointed and spotlessly clean. A great venue for a birthday celebration.

It was all wonderful.

Perfect place for a family gathering. Stunning views, large rooms, comfy beds, warm on very cold days. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room conservatory sat 14 with ease. We enjoyed lovely local walks along the canal and the excellent village pub.

The house itself is simply breathtaking – a true palace in every sense of the word. Living Areas: The spacious lounges are beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas, elegant décor, and large TVs. We had more than enough space, so we designated one lounge for the men, one for the ladies, and one for the children to enjoy their games. Speaking of games, the house is a paradise for kids and adults alike, with every type of entertainment you can imagine – Uno, Monopoly, chess, and so much more. The young ones had endless fun, and the adults loved the table tennis matches that went on for hours! Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – truly nothing was missing. Cooking was a joy, and we appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of every appliance and utensil. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each bedroom is exquisitely decorated, with high-quality furniture and a beautiful style. The bathrooms were fully stocked with every amenity – from tissues and cotton buds to luxury shampoos and toiletries, all from premium brands. There was even a dedicated baby changing table, a baby bath, and baby gates, making the stay extremely family-friendly. Laundry Room: The laundry facilities were exceptional, with washing machines, dryers, ironing tools, and every type of detergent provided – a real bonus for families staying longer. Outdoor Spaces & Views: The conservatory and outdoor seating areas were stunning, offering beautiful views of the peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed relaxing in the fresh air, sipping tea, and taking in the serene beauty of Bath.

We had an excellent stay for the weekend. The house is beautiful and a fantastic place to host 16 people. Accessing the property was very easy and owner Paul is an excellent communicator. We will definitely be recommending this property stay to our friends.

The Tv of the princess room wasnt working and we didn’t get response when I raised this . Also the Aga made the kitchen and dining a bit too warm
