Very poor

The guy who missed the appointment for the key handover regret about his delay of 45 min. Although for such a long waiting time is not acceptable, but I would assume that he was sincere.

An appointment for key handover was made one day before the arrival, but Stuff of CorfuEscape came 45 min later than the appointment. We (with two kids) had to wait under scorching sun for 45 min. I called the CorfuEscape twice and nobody showed up on site although their office is just a few hundred meters from the apartment. The guy who eventually came told me he had written a Whatsapp message just one hour before the appointment time and he expect that we there might be a delay of the flight so he left the apartment to receive another customer at a another location. An appointment is an appointment, the first thing after landing is heading to apartment as soon as possible. I have never been in contact with this guy before, and CorfuEscape told me that there would be someone to receive us. After I told him the fact was that my flight was on time and we arrived at apartment on time. He was sorry about his assumption. Before checkout, I wrote to CorfuEscape again, and complaint about poor service I receive, they did not reply at all. The management of company has no respect to Customer in this regard. The cutlery were really dirty and you need to wash them before usage. Internet connection is barely usable during the some hours. Toilet is small and difficult to flush.

Superb

The apt is in a really quiet location, not far from the old town. It has supermakets and coffee shops around and the bus station is easy to reach. It also got a small balcony for smoking. The host was really nice, attentive, they always asked us if we need fresh towels and changing the sheets. I really recommend this place for someone who's looking to get a city experince, but have some quiet time in the same time. Would return.

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, tutto come nella descrizione, si trova in una zona popolare ma ad una decina di minuti dal centro

Appartamento buio, non si potevano aprire le finestre per gli affacci veramente brutti, la porta finestra sul terrazzino è su un "giardino" sporco fatiscente e da lì è entrato un enorme scarafaggio trovato in cucina L'aria condizionata dopo un po' che è accesa va in blocco ed emette un rumore costante come un allarme, tanto da doverlo spengere
