Komfor u svakoj prostoriji stana , funkcionalnost svih raspoloživih elemenata, predivne slike manastira i Crkvi na zidovima kao i velika slika Tešnjara u dnevnom boravku. Blizina svih ostalih ulica , blizina centra i najlepšeg dela Valjeva.. Definitivno se opet vraćam ovde.
Klima uređaj koji je potreban u narednom periodu.
