Sauber, modern, alles was man benötigt

Sehr zentral, fussläufig zur Fußgängerzone und See. Klei, gemütlich,super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr praktisch und gute Matratzen. Preis/ Leistung sehr gut.
Die vorderen Häuser sind an der Straße, wer es ruhig braucht, frage nach den hinteren Häusern nach.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche war voll ausgestattet, gemütliche Betten, Lage optimal, Haustiere erlaubt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich hätte mir einen großen Besen, ein Radio und eine bessere Sendereinstellung am Fernseher gewünscht. Stellenweise war es nicht so sauber (Besteck und Besteckfach, Fußboden/Treppe, im Bad Haarfarbe an Heizung und Wand). Es war trotzdem sehr, sehr schön!

Der eigene Zugang und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür sind sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber schön eingerichtet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Möglichkeit im Sommer einen Außensitzplatz zu nutzen, der exklusiv der Wohnung zugeordnet und durch die Terrassentüre einfach zu erreichen ist, ist toll und keinesfalls selbstverständlich. Insgesamt eine schöne kleine Wohneinheit die wir gerne empfehlen.
Leider sind die Fugen der Dusche relativ stark von Schimmel befallen. Dies hat sich auch in der Raumluft im Bad bemerkbar gemacht. Wer hier empfindlich ist sollte da aufpassen. Wir empfehlen diese einmal zu entfernen und neu zu machen. Keine große Sache, aber eine nachhaltige, positive Wirkung.
