Villa Diana

The villa really is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you might need. The kitchen has new appliances and we even had welcome gifts of homemade wine, cheese and ham. The pool and garden area are the absolute highlight and we enjoyed most of our time outside. The villa is in quite a remote location - there’s a small village with a supermarket and bakery (cash only at the bakery!) which is a short cycle ride away (there are bikes at the villa) and Imotski is the nearest town which is about a 15 minute drive. The hosts were so helpful throughout our stay.

If I was to play it right, I'd say don't go there - that would keep the house's schedule free for my future bookings :) The house had all one could need for quiet vacation. If you're looking to get away from it all and spend all day by a spacious, warm and clean pool Villa Diana is what you want to choose.

A beautiful villa set in lovely garden with a fantastic pool. V comfortable beds... quiet and peaceful surroundings ... easy to cycle to bakery every morning.... a lovely selection of local produce and home made wine to welcome us.

Nice welcome gifts (selection of food & wines). Very clean, & spacious. Good sized kitchen. Enjoyed the BBQ a few times (has a nice rotating pole). Pleasant evenings at the patio table. Pool looks great with the lights on at night. A local vineyard/wine tasting is easy walking distance (allowing everyone to try the wines). The local town (Imotski is lovely - trecked down to the Blue Lake for a swim, & used the little cafe/ice cream bar at the top of Blue Lake's canyon/entrance).

It was a little hard to find with sat nav (hosts were on hand to find/direct us) - perhaps hosts may like to "add a missing place" in google maps, if this is a common issue :-)
