Cosy space, cool location hut moldy walls underneath bed

Very cosy place to stay.

The walls beneath the bed was moldy. They should clean it up and keep the hut warm in winter even if there are no guests.

Fantastic refreshing experience close to Sopot city centre with a superb host!

I booked this wooden igloo for my wife and I’s 5th wedding anniversary (hence the wooden theme) with the aim to drop-off our items and go out for a drink in the city centre. We never made it out! The log burning sauna is fantastic! The host put some very kind touches for our wedding anniversary which really made our day. It was a blissful escape that we will love to visit again and an experience that my wife cherished!

Cosiness Tranquility and Sauna!

I loved this place! Firstly, the contact with the host was quick and nice, detailed instructions on how enter the property and prepare traditional sauna were spot on and encouraged to actually do it (and enjoy it). Me and my husband stayed in Husky house, which has all we needed: clean fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows, deliciously smelling soap and everything to prepare the sauna. I loved the details of the place (solar lamps and lighting in general, wine glasses, winter tea mugs etc.), the design is stylish and cosy and everything is done with care and great quality. The location is amazing since it is right next to forest hiking roots and amazing restaurant right next door; the main Sopot station is 20min walk away. We stayed for just one day, but rested like after a week of holiday!

Bad

I can't speak to what I liked because the business didn't answer any of our communication, we could not gain entry, and we were left without a place to sleep in a foreign country. Booking.com is recommending that I contact the property to sort it out, and ask about the cancellation policy. I did not cancel my stay, but they charged me anyway. Let me be clear: this is straight up robbery.

I have contacted the IGLU proprietor numerous times via phone, text, email and messaging via Booking.com for the past few days. Their lack of communication and accessibility is exactly the core of the problem and the reason I and 2 others were left without a place to sleep on 7/24, despite our confirmed payment/transaction through Booking.com. This is ridiculous. You facilitated this transaction, and now you are saying I should work it out directly with the IGLU folks, because they are also not responding to you. Are you saying it's acceptable to you that one of your merchants takes a client's money, ghosts them entirely and doesn't provide them with entrance information, leaving them stranded in a foreign country, and then claims that because of "cancellation fees" the client must pay anyway? So let's not call it cancellation on my part, let's call it: your merchant robbed me, full stop. Can the procedure of your response change with this updated language, which is more accurate? I had every intention of staying at this location. I called and emailed from the day before and contacted all numbers provided numerous times since. My guests and I arrived with luggage. I bothered local merchants in neighboring businesses and they all tried calling on my behalf. No success, and no place to sleep. I am not just going to hand over 600+ złoty and say "oh well". Surely you have a policy to help your clients when your merchants have robbed them. Please help me, and then figure out what to do about your merchant, as surely there is a massive problem there. I have been a loyal Booking.com user for some time now. Please take responsibility for this terrible situation, which you facilitated, and is in your name.

Deep short rest

Silence. Private Sauna. Comfortable bed. Cozy arrangement. To have a deep short rest from city, it is perfect. Walking time to the sea side 10minutes. Walking time to the station 5minutes. Great under all points

Exceptional

Located in a quite part of Sopot (about 15 minutes walk from the train station). Everything was clean and working, the interiors feel sweet and cosy, and the sauna itself - very pleasant experience, I'll definitely be back!

Superb

The house itself is very special and interesting. It's small but surprisingly over enough to stay with all necessary furnitures. The owner paid attention to every single detail inside and keep them simple but very modern which makes the space very cosy, I'm totally impressed and in love with them. Moreover, the house is also super clean. There's not much for me to complain about :)

The location is quite a minus point. I thought we were gonna have a quiet place to chill but turned out in the morning and during the day, there were lots of people around due to the in front stadium. Especially, in the early morning, people moved the sport equipments out of the house right behind ours and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep to rest after our long trip.

Exceptional stay

Unique property, set on the outskirts of Sopot, surrounded by forest. Amazing sauna, private outdoor area, well equiped kitchen. Lovely restaurant next door! We loved every minute and were lucky to extend our stay by few hours on the day of the check-out. We hope we can come back next time we are in Sopot. Thank you so much!

Lokalizacja super: oddalone od centrum, a jednocześnie blisko do morza. My uwielbiamy spacery, więc odległość w sam raz. Komfort spania, kameralnie, sauna, zacisze. Super miejscówka

Mała uwaga: Domki zewnątrz wiosną do regeneracji- szkoda byłoby zniszczyć takie fajne obiekty

Затишне місце з чудовою сауною!

Було чисто та затишно. Минулого року ми були в будинку «Хаскі», де було доволі холодно. В цьому будинку було дуже тепло. Також в будинку «Хаскі» вхід до сауни був одразу з будинку, в цьому будинку до сауни був окремий вхід, але це не було проблемою. Сауна прекрасна, в будинку є все необхідне: посуд, рушники, чай, кава, холодильник, плита, телевізор, швидкий інтернет.
