Liked all aspects of our stay.

First of all, the apartment was indeed beautiful and well equipped + the owners are very nice. If you book the place, you will be definitely more then happy with the accommodation itself, but don’t expect to be able to communicate with the owners at all in case of any inconvenience.

I am writing the bad review with heavy feeling as I would love to feel the same way about the accommodation as others describe. The first day we arrived, we received wrong apartment, the cheaper and much more smaller one. We confronted the owner immediately, but had to wait some time to get the other apartment prepared, which we didn’t appreciate as we just arrived after a whole day travel. But still didn’t make any fuss about this, as it wasn’t such a big deal after all. The internet is basically not existent (we booked the place for the workation, so this was a big issue for us) We stayed for 9 nights in total. At the beginning, we stayed 2 people for 4 nights and then for the 5 remaining night one more person joined us. I asked to provide the extra cost price for the third person for 5 nights on the same date of our arrival. Because the price for 2 people for 9 nights was 720 and for the 3 people 820. Which makes just 100€ extra for one person for 9 nights. However, on the last day, right before checkout, the owner asked us to pay 125€ for extra person who joined us just for 5 nights. When confronted, the owners didn’t understand what we were talking about and basically the whole communication is impossible with them as they don’t understand English at all. At the end my girlfriend agreed to pay the 100€ as she didn’t see the point in explaining the situation over and over after they didn’t understand anything. We been to many bookings in Sicily, this one brought us the most stressful days, yet it was the most expensive out of all…overall the previous ratings do not reflect the value the accommodation like this should bring.
