The house is clean, and the onsite stuffs provided very warm and attentive services.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels and short-term rental properties over the past few years and have never had any issues with check-in. This is first time I write a negative review. Unfortunately, this property shocked me. When I arrived at 10:00 pm on my arrival day, there was no stuff and no backup check-in plan provided. I called the owner, and he told me that they could not check me in and that I had to go somewhere else because I was late. As a result, my family and I were forced to sit outside in the snow in temperatures of -20°C while struggling to find another place to stay at 10:00 pm. I understand that this may be their unique rule. However, enforcing such a rule without providing any backup plan for guests is extremely risky and shows a lack of consideration. Considering the nightly rate is over USD 500, having to endure this situation on the first night was unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Secondly, their interior flooring requires extreme care during your stay. Guests are not allowed to roll their luggage on it. The owners may have installed high-quality flooring and wanted offer good experience, however, such strict requirements create unnecessary pressure for my family during our stay.
