I liked the view from the big apartment terrace. The location was far from other tourists, so felt like living like a local person, visiting supermarket etc. The hosts were most welcoming and brought me some washed grapes on a plate soon after my arrival. It was quite a way but I walked to Knossos and part way back. As also up to villages beyond Heraklion by a country lane

Fijn verblijf gehad. Hele aardige verhuurders. Boden zelfs aan ons naar het vliegveld te brengen, helaas hadden we al een taxi geboekt. Voelt heel huiselijk in het appartement, echt een aanrader! Het terras is ook erg fijn en groot, met een heel mooi uitzicht ook. Bed was aan de harde kant maar dit is een eigen voorkeur.
Ligt aan een weg waar sommige bestuurders graag harde muziek op hebben in de auto, dit hoor je binnen een beetje. Maar met oordoppen nergens last van gehad.

It has aircon in the bedroom and was clean.
The host came into our apartment while we were out to turn the air conditioner off but did not try to contact us before entering the apartment, and only let us know several hours afterwards. If you are not planning on hiring private transportation this property isn’t in the most convenient location.
