Very quiet, comfortable bedrooms and bed, the balcony is a perfect living room. Very clean. The owner lives in the building so is always available; she's kind, helpful, and speaks fluent German (I didn't check other languages as I also speak German). 10 minutes walking to a sandy(!) beach, free but you can pay for umbrella and loungers. Easy and ample parking.
The small nearby supermarket opens next week, so we needed the car (10 minutes drive, easy parking) for grocery shopping. Disadvantages of going off season.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für diese Gegend nicht zu toppen.Es herrscht ein sehr familiäres Umfeld, die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht gehalten, was einem aber bei dem Preis bewusst sein sollte.
Lediglich als Hinweis: Das Zimmer hatte sich tagsüber extrem aufgeheizt, sodass es abends sehr warm war. Außerdem waren trotz der vorhandenen Netze an den Fenstern ungewöhnlich viele Mücken im Zimmer.
