location for skiing was good, the pool was small but good

Wad to walk on an outside corridor to get to the sauna The manager was extremely unhelpful We had to have maintenance men come 3 times during our stay to sort out issues in our room the room looked onto a dirt bank with a road above, if booking do not accept any room on the 3rd floor or below

Risoul is great

Good location near SPAR, intersport, Le Strato restaurant for great food or Grotte de Yeti bar for the youth dance vibe till 19.30 and access to slopes across the road. Easy parking. Pool looked nice. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Big balcony. Nice manager. Don’t forget to pay online deposit before arriving (you get an email) and get the code for the key safe out before too. Great lifts in the block so so waiting and spacious lobby and bench at entrance which was great for putting on ski boots.

Apartment quite cramped. I can’t imagine 10 people in there as it’s just 1 toilet and 2 bedrooms (of which the double is a bed in a nook with a curtain to screen it from kitchen). Decoration a bit shabby in parts. Building site outside the window in spring 2022 but I guess it will be finished soon.

Negligent non existent guest support.

The software to take the deposit doesn’t work well with the French banking security verification. When I finally was able to make the payment with the help of the guy on the phone line (who was in fact pretty helpful) and waited to receive the email for the key code the 4G had degraded at the ski resort. My family were very cold we had no idea whether we would have some where to stay that night it was dark. We had no way to get the key and no one who could help us. To have a hotel without a reception in this environment is just irresponsible and negligent. The available staff just didn’t care. I had to ask another guest to sneak me inside so I could pay to use the WiFi to download the key code inside the hotel. I took around one hour to get inside the room when it was freezing and dark outside. Why not just take a deposit at the Booking.com stage? It was a horrible experience and scary for my kids. To have a 5pm checkin when it is dark and there is no reception is just pathetic lazy and profit focused to the detriment of guest safety.

Great for ski touring whilst the lifts were closed.

The cleanliness and it was very well equipped. Great if the drag lift opposite was open. We did ski touring and walking while the lifts are shut and it was very nice.

Sejour correct malgré tout.

La superbe vue et un beau balcon .Appartement correct et tout le nécessaire. Les fiches conseils pour visiter les alentours de Guillestre .La wifi .le beau temps était là. .

Travaux important dans la station et toutes les fermetures des restos et magasins ainsi que la piscine. Risoul est surtout une station pour le ski.Petit bémol, aspirateur inutilisable car pas nettoyé.

Le beau temps et la vue du balcon sur la montagne. Les promenades recommandées aux alentours de Guillestre.

Tout était fermé et beaucoup de travaux dans la station. Heureusement le soleil était présent dans la journée. Les chemins de randonnées pas trop visibles et tout en côte.

Notre appartement, un duplex très agréable, très confortable, bien agencé et bien aménagé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne ! Une équipe à l’écoute, très professionnelle et d’une grande amabilité.

Appartement très bien agencé pour sa taille. Nous étions 5 et n’avons jamais eu le sentiment d’être à l’étroit et ne pas savoir où ranger nos affaires. Appartement avec beaucoup de charme: livres, jeux. La piscine était agréable: propre et chaude.

Appartement fabuleux,nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon tous les matins au soleil,la vue sur les montagnes est fantastique,cuisine super bien équipée,produits ménagers à disposition,literie au top. L'accès est très facile, un endroit très agréable au calme avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Nous avons envie de revenir.

Un séjour parfait à la montagne entre calme, soleil et ski dans des conditions idéales.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle à Risoul ! La station, très peu fréquentée hors vacances scolaires, offrait un cadre idéal : soleil radieux, neige parfaite, et calme absolu. L’appartement est très bien situé, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. Les casiers à skis au rez-de-chaussée permettent un départ et retour skis aux pieds, ce qui est un vrai plus pour le confort. Un grand merci à notre hôte Benoît, très disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Appartement très bien placé, magnifique vue, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Le duplex donne une sensation de petit chalet. Déco sympa et recherchée qui s'affranchit du style du suédois bien connu. Plein de rangements bien pratiques. Du bois partout, dedans dehors. Skis réellement aux pieds. Belle résidence bien entretenue et bien pensée. On découvrait Risoul après 25 ans de diverses stations et on a adoré. Propriétaire à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Également de très belles ballades pédestres à proximité immédiate. Je recommande sans réserve

Super séjour

L'appartement propre et très bien équipé. Accueillant et confortable ( nous étions trois) et au pied de très jolis départs de randonnées comme celle de "l'homme de pierre" sublime en automne . Vraiment reposant car hors saison donc le calme absolu. Niveau communication c'est parfait et réactif. Quant au mode de récupération des clés c'est tout simplement génial . Quel plaisir de ne pas se stresser. On arrive quand on arrive sans déranger le propriétaire en cas de retard , d'embouteillages etc...pareil si on veut partir aux aurores ou la nuit. C'est bien expliqué et il suffit de savoir lire pour récupérer les clés très facilement. Bref ce système devrait être la règle partout ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir . Merci encore au propriétaire pour le soin pris à satisfaire ses locataires et à leur simplifier la vie 👌
