The price and the utilities. All was very good

The check in and checkout hours was not the same. Maybe one washing machine were appreciated.

good location, useless manager

location for skiing was good, the pool was small but good

Wad to walk on an outside corridor to get to the sauna The manager was extremely unhelpful We had to have maintenance men come 3 times during our stay to sort out issues in our room the room looked onto a dirt bank with a road above, if booking do not accept any room on the 3rd floor or below

Risoul is great

Good location near SPAR, intersport, Le Strato restaurant for great food or Grotte de Yeti bar for the youth dance vibe till 19.30 and access to slopes across the road. Easy parking. Pool looked nice. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Big balcony. Nice manager. Don’t forget to pay online deposit before arriving (you get an email) and get the code for the key safe out before too. Great lifts in the block so so waiting and spacious lobby and bench at entrance which was great for putting on ski boots.

Apartment quite cramped. I can’t imagine 10 people in there as it’s just 1 toilet and 2 bedrooms (of which the double is a bed in a nook with a curtain to screen it from kitchen). Decoration a bit shabby in parts. Building site outside the window in spring 2022 but I guess it will be finished soon.

Negligent non existent guest support.

The software to take the deposit doesn’t work well with the French banking security verification. When I finally was able to make the payment with the help of the guy on the phone line (who was in fact pretty helpful) and waited to receive the email for the key code the 4G had degraded at the ski resort. My family were very cold we had no idea whether we would have some where to stay that night it was dark. We had no way to get the key and no one who could help us. To have a hotel without a reception in this environment is just irresponsible and negligent. The available staff just didn’t care. I had to ask another guest to sneak me inside so I could pay to use the WiFi to download the key code inside the hotel. I took around one hour to get inside the room when it was freezing and dark outside. Why not just take a deposit at the Booking.com stage? It was a horrible experience and scary for my kids. To have a 5pm checkin when it is dark and there is no reception is just pathetic lazy and profit focused to the detriment of guest safety.

Great for ski touring whilst the lifts were closed.

The cleanliness and it was very well equipped. Great if the drag lift opposite was open. We did ski touring and walking while the lifts are shut and it was very nice.

It was a bit cold in the appartment.

La saleté du logement, avec des poils de chien sur la moquette et les coussins du canapé, le ménage pas fait, le caractère defraichi du logement, l'ensemble de la copropriété malpropre.

Un bon moment

Excellent accueil du personnel Risoulski.Appartement bien agencé, très propre ,four, four micro-ondes, machine à laver la vaisselle et tous les ustensiles pour préparer des plats typiques de montagne. Belle piscine très propre et bon sauna. Le plus retour ski aux pieds!

On peut regretter l’emplacement RDC très bas et pas beaucoup de visibilité. Les parties communes un peu « vieillotes » et pas toujours bien nettoyées.

Très bon rapport qualité prix!

Antares est très bien situé Proximité remontées mécaniques , restaurants , bars. Il comporte une magnifique piscine avec sauna fortement appréciés après une journée de ski Beau balcon Appartement bien équipé.

Manque de propreté dans l appartement !! Les voyageurs ont la possibilité de faire le ménage, nous n avons pas tous la même notion d hygiène .., dommage que la conciergerie ne fasse pas un passage systématique à la sortie …

La proximité avec les commerces et les pistes. Les jeux de société à disposition.

Très compliqué de devoir récupérer les clés hors de l’établissement. Surtout apres une journée de ski. Pareil pour le depart car pour accéder au rangement à ski il faut la clé mais il faut ensuite remonter la ranger hors de l’établissement.

Sejour correct malgré tout.

La superbe vue et un beau balcon .Appartement correct et tout le nécessaire. Les fiches conseils pour visiter les alentours de Guillestre .La wifi .le beau temps était là. .

Travaux important dans la station et toutes les fermetures des restos et magasins ainsi que la piscine. Risoul est surtout une station pour le ski.Petit bémol, aspirateur inutilisable car pas nettoyé.

Le beau temps et la vue du balcon sur la montagne. Les promenades recommandées aux alentours de Guillestre.

Tout était fermé et beaucoup de travaux dans la station. Heureusement le soleil était présent dans la journée. Les chemins de randonnées pas trop visibles et tout en côte.
