Wonderful historic house in fabulous location. Walk everywhere!Bedrooms a bit tight with queen size beds and storage for clothing is limited if staying for an extended period. Otherwise, house is well appointed and comfortable.Sam, the caretaker, did a wonderful job preparing for our arrival.

This property is a charming traditional home. Check in was easy and the property was a pictured and described. The bedrooms are on the small side, but have individual air conditioning units, but we were not able to stay cool by keeping the windows open as there is no cross ventilation. The courtyard was very pleasant. The location was superb and we really enjoyed easy access to Canyon Road, the historic east side and downtown.

This was a fabulous historic property close to all the fun stuff in Santa Fe plaza. We could walk everywhere and come back to rest between activities. It was a quiet neighborhood and we would relax in the attached courtyard and listen to the birds in the giant cottonwood tree. The beds were comfortable and the home was quiet at night. We loved the hand painted decorative tiles throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The cabinetry in the kitchen was hand painted and very folksy-charming. The appliances are new including a fabulous washer/dryer and the patio has a grill if you are inclined to barbecue. The coffeemaker satisfied us every morning. We will definitely plan a return visit to this property. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
