Location was excellent. Nice to have some outdoor space as well.
No WiFi was an inconvenience.
Also the electrical system is not equipped to have more than one applicance running at a time. For example, the AC must be turned off in order to use the clothes washer or dishwasher or the oven. We lost power several times and had to reboot the electrical system.
