Munlom Nature Resort

This place was absolutely stunning, it was like living in a tree house in the middle of the jungle!! The staff here were great and so accommodating, the chef at the resort made delicious food. The rooms are spacious and clean, it was great sitting on the balcony just watching nature and the sounds.

I liked everything, the only tip I would give for people staying here, if you want to do day trips for example going to the hot springs you will need a jeep or four wheel drive of some sort as the road isn't great. Getting to the resort is fine in a normal car.

The location itself is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. Bed warmers are a great touch. Warm hospitable staff. Amazing Chai served. Hot water and we had uninterrupted power during our stay. If you are looking at living in wilderness, this should be on your list.

MEALS - Breakfast was complimentary, but very very poor choices. We were served 4 oily pooris and only 1 aloo sabzi. No fruits, nothing else. We at least expected some bread/eggs, but they had absolutely nothing. Dinner prices were exorbitant for what was served. 350/- for Veg & 450/- per plate for Non-Veg was what we were billed. All we got is roti's, 1 sabzi, rice & dal. Again, all portions were limited, we were told they have run out when asked for another serving. Incorrect pin provided on google maps. In reality, it is at least another 5kms further and higher up the mountain. Please rectify the exact location pin. There was no car to drop us back at our parking. It was raining and we had to take a long walk in slippery muddy terrain back to our car.
