Room too simple and bed could be definitely better, way to noise and cheap for such nice hotel

The room is silent and confortable.

The room needs some renovation. It seems that it was made some years ago and appear to not being changed.

The location was very good. Close to the city park, also easy to get to the biggest shopping in Ribeirao. The room was fair, the looks for the hotel are good.

The swimming pool was not clean and the water not heated, for an hotel like this they could have arranged a heated pool already. The bed size could be king as well. Also, the breakfast, could have more options, including some on request.

The location was good. And breakfast was really good and well presented. Staff for the Breakfast area was really nice beyond polite.

Where to Begin? What to say when you drive for over 4,5 hours to arrive late at night, having paid for one of the most expensive hotels in all of Ribeirão Preto, where a reservation via Booking was made for a couple and a child and a child can stay for "free" but when you get there you are informed that not? At the website they do say that a cot or an extra bed can be offered IF available, but nothing about extra costs. Is that a Booking error or a Wyndham error? Well, then, when you are tired and just want to sleep you are given a room that is ALREADY occupied (as shown in the pictures?). Luckily the couple that were the residents were not there at the moment and we shut the door immediately, totally astonished for the lack of respect to both our family and the other guests!!! Back to reception, the receptionist is asked to call the Manager of the shift - who, at 21:30pm is not at the hotel - and says he will be promptly there in 10 minutes to talk to us - meanwhile she tries to offer us a cheaper room, and a "free of charge "extra bed". This was not accepted at all. Of course the Friday Night Manager NEVER showed up and miraculously, 45 minutes later another "empty" room (as our room in the Reservation) finally showed up in the system. As a "courtesy" they would put an extra bed for our toddler and the "quality manager" would call us first thing next morning. Of course, I am expecting a Call since last Saturday. A partial a refund, an offer of 2 nights somewhere or even a courtesy dinner. Anything this basic a "Quality Manager" would do. But what to expect when not even a Call, an E-mail nor a WhatsAPP message was even sent????? Certainly SUPER overpriced for what they offer and the customer service. Horrible experience.
